Winemakers Dinner 2026

On June 1st, we invite you to a special evening at the long table at Dalen, where food, conversation and stories are given the time they deserve.

The evening takes place in Restaurant Bandak, where we gather in atmospheric surroundings before sitting down to a five-course dinner created especially for the occasion.

Tonight’s guest comes from Scopone in Montalcino, Tuscany – a family-owned vineyard in Val d’Orcia, situated 450–500 metres above sea level. The estate has been cultivated since the 1990s and is now run by the Minari family, with a focus on traditional craftsmanship and respect for the history of the area.

Throughout the evening, stories are shared about the landscape of Montalcino, the Sangiovese vineyards, and the work that takes place from vine to cellar. The menu has been developed in close collaboration with tonight’s guest, with the ambition of creating a complete experience around the table.

There is one shared seating, one menu and one long table, where conversation and atmosphere are allowed to develop naturally.

After dinner, the evening continues at an unhurried pace, with time to stay a little longer.

The Winemakers Dinner is an intimate experience with a limited number of seats.

Practical information

Date: June 1st
Arrival: Check-in from 3:00 PM
Dinner: Aperitif served in the Hall 30 minutes before dinner. Shared seating at 7:00 PM

Dress code: Many guests choose to dress up a little for the occasion, though the most important thing is that you feel comfortable.

Parking: Free parking on site. Electric vehicle charging available via EasyPark.

Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking.
