Restaurant Bandak
Please feel free to contact us if you are planning a special occasion. We will be happy to help find a setting that suits your gathering.
Each evening, the restaurant is set with white gloves and bow ties, creating a setting that makes the evening feel a little different. Many guests choose to dress up for the occasion, though the most important thing is that you feel comfortable.
Children are warmly welcome in Restaurant Bandak.
While we do not offer a dedicated children's menu, our kitchen can often adapt selected dishes for younger guests. Please feel free to contact us in advance if you have any questions or specific requests.
We serve seasonal three- and five-course menus. On selected dates, special menus may also be available.
The restaurant does not offer à la carte dining.
Vegetarian, vegan and allergen-adapted menus are available with advance notice.
Yes, we kindly ask all guests to reserve a table and preferred dining time in advance. Guests without a reservation will be seated where availability allows, and on some evenings the restaurant may be fully booked.
Arrival and departure
The programmes are intended as a guide to how your stay may unfold, and many of the activities can be enjoyed at your own pace.
At the same time, certain elements such as check-in, check-out, dinner and the evening storytelling remain fixed points of the experience. If you have any questions or special requests, we will be happy to assist and tailor your stay where possible.
Dalen Hotel is entirely smoke-free, including all balconies. Smoking and the use of e-cigarettes are only permitted in designated outdoor areas. Please note that violations may result in an additional fee.
Soria Moria Sauna is operated by Tokke Municipality, but reservations can be made through our reception.
Dogs are welcome at Dalen Hotel, with a few limitations. Please contact us directly when making your reservation.
Dogs are welcome in guest rooms, the reception area and outdoor spaces, but are not permitted in the lounges, fireplace room or restaurant.
A cleaning fee applies.
We kindly ask that dogs are kept on a leash while on the hotel grounds, both out of consideration for our free-roaming ducks and for other guests.
All rooms accommodate up to two guests. Families therefore need to book two or more rooms, regardless of the children’s age.
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, and check-out is before 11:00 AM.
Late check-out can be booked together with Afternoon Tea on the day of departure (subject to availability).
Yes, we offer secure indoor bicycle storage, and battery charging is available upon request.
Yes, charging stations are available on site and are managed through Autopay. We recommend downloading the app before arrival.
Charging via EasyPark is also possible, though an additional fee applies.
Please note that guests must bring their own Type 2 charging cable.
Yes, we offer free parking for guests staying at the hotel or visiting the restaurant.
