Christmas in the lounges at Dalen
In the weeks before Christmas, we serve Christmas Afternoon Tea in the lounges at Dalen Hotel.
Settle down with a pot of tea, small sandwiches and homemade scones. The menu follows the Christmas season, with spiced baking and pastries from our pastry chef.
About the menu
Reindeer and lingonberry, smoked salmon and Gruyère are among the flavours on the savoury menu. These are followed by scones, pain d’épices and pastries with marzipan, cranberry and orange.
From the kitchen at Dalen Hotel
For the Christmas season, Executive Chef Simo Pietarinen has created an Afternoon Tea menu. Homemade scones and pain d’épices are served alongside small savoury dishes. Our pastry chef prepares macarons and pastries with flavours ranging from marzipan and cranberry to chocolate and pumpkin.
