The Classic Meeting Package is suited for those seeking an efficient meeting day combined with good meals and surroundings that feel less corporate and more personal. Throughout the day, guests are served in historic Restaurant Bandak, where local ingredients and time around the table remain an important part of the experience.

Meeting Stay at Dalen
The Meeting Stay at Dalen is created for those seeking more than a traditional conference. Here, meetings and professional content are combined with good meals, historic surroundings and time for conversations, relationships and shared experiences that continue long after the meetings themselves are over.
Throughout the day, guests gather in rooms marked by history, calm surroundings and character — spaces that invite focus, reflection and good discussions. As evening arrives, the experience continues with dinner at Restaurant Bandak, piano music in the lounges and storytelling by the fireplace.
Later, a night in one of the hotel’s historic rooms awaits, before the next day begins quietly with an à la carte breakfast at Restaurant Bandak.

The aft salon aboard M/S Henrik Ibsen gives meetings and gatherings an entirely different rhythm from a traditional meeting room. Here, historic surroundings are combined with views of the Telemark Canal in a setting particularly suited for workshops, conversations and smaller gatherings.
