Ulefoss – Lunde – Ulefoss (bus first)
Half-day tour afternoon
The tour begins with a canal bus from Ulefoss to Lunde, where you board the boat for the return journey through the canal system. Along the way, you pass the Vrangfoss Locks – the largest lock system in the Telemark Canal – while travelling through changing landscapes and a series of lock passages.

Itinerary
M/S Victoria or M/S Henrik Ibsen
12:05 PM – Meeting at the Ulefoss Locks bus stop, approximately 100 metres before Ulefoss Locks
12:22 PM – Departure by canal bus
12:50 PM – Arrival at Lunde Lock
01:20 PM – Departure with M/S Victoria or M/S Henrik Ibsen from Lunde Lock
03:20 PM – Arrival at Ulefoss Locks

Practical information about the canal cruise
Parking
Free parking is available by Ulefoss Locks, around 200 metres from the lock when arriving from the centre of Ulefoss.
The parking area is marked with a P symbol and the Telemark Canal symbol (a boat in a lock).
From the parking area, it is approximately 100 metres to the bus stop.
Service on board
M/S Victoria and M/S Henrik Ibsen both have restaurants on board.
Lunch can be pre-ordered together with your tickets.
Food may also be purchased from the onboard menu without pre-ordering.
For groups of 10 people or more, we recommend ordering meals in advance.
Please note that fixed tables cannot be reserved for the entire journey, and bringing your own food on board is not permitted.
M/S Telemarken has a kiosk, and pre-ordering food is not available.
Bus
This route is operated by a dedicated tour bus exclusively for canal guests.
The bus stops approximately 100 metres from Ulefoss Locks and around 200 metres from Lunde Lock.
Dogs are not permitted on board, with the exception of guide dogs.
Booking and payment
Adults (16+): from NOK 755 to NOK 925 per person
Children (4–15): from NOK 375 per child
Children (0–3): free of charge
