Day trip
Along the route, you pass five lock systems, including Vrangfoss – the largest in the canal. Here, you can experience the meeting between nature and engineering at close range, as the boat is lifted through the locks and onwards into the mountain landscapes of Upper Telemark.

10:00 AM – Meeting at Ulefoss Locks
10:30 AM – Departure with M/S Henrik Ibsen or M/S Victoria from Ulefoss Lock
05:40 PM / 06:35 PM – Arrival at Lastein Pier, Dalen
06:45 PM – Departure by Vy local bus, route 142, from Lastein Pier, Dalen
07:58 PM – Arrival at Seljord Bus Station
08:05 PM – Departure by Vy bus, route R1, from Seljord Bus Station
09:05 PM – Arrival at Ulefoss Locks

On Mondays, there is a change of boat in Lunde. We therefore ask you to contact us by phone or email for manual booking.
