The Maitre’d is the right hand of the restaurant manager in the daily operation, and is the restaurant's face outwards. The Maitre’d is responsible for during service, has an overview of reservations, menus and coordinates the information between reception, restaurant, bar and kitchen. You should like high pace, have passion about food and drinks, and classic fine dining.
